 Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 35-40 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University
• Experience at least 10 years in Finance & Accounting with 3 years experience in managerial position
• Posses ability to successfully manage department, schedules and budget
• Good understanding of accounting/tax/audit/currency controls/culture/governance in Indonesia
• Preferably has experience in financial planning/analysis
• Proficient in speaking and written in English
• Mature and pleasant personality with excellent communication
• Flexible, enthusiastic, self motivated and a team player
• Experience in the real estate/property industry would be an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi
