Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Law, or other degree related from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment process in the Oil and Gas industry
- Knowledgeable in
- Preferable has experience in C&B at Oil & Gas industry
- Strong communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Skilled in Microsoft office applications and preferable in SAP
- Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, effective team player, disciplined, and a dynamic and good personality
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the process of recruiting new hires and/or internal recruiting
- Responsible for providing end-to-end resourcing solutions to user in the selection of candidates
