- Bachelor (major: Business or Technical)
- Has experience in material & service procurement area , min: 3 years
- Has good ability in persuasion and negotiation skill
- Has knowledge on industrial business regulation & contract
- Fluently in English
- Familiar with procurement information system
- Carefully
- Can work under pressure
- Can work independently
